The Lake County Winegrape Commission established a scholarship program titled “Future of Agriculture” to assist graduating Lake County high school students with funds to help offset the cost of college tuition and school supplies.
The Commission awards one scholarship per year to a deserving student enrolled full-time at a four-year university in a program of study that will enable the student to contribute to the winegrape segment of the agriculture industry.
All applicants must be a high school senior graduating from a high school located in Lake County, California, with permanent residency in a Lake County school district for at least two years. Immediate relatives of LCWC Board Members or employees are not eligible.
