Sorry, folks, it’s gonna be a mini-mini music guide for this upcoming weekend. Don’t blame the messenger for just stating the facts. Please bear in mind, masks and social distancing is required at all live music events.
The Saw Shop Public House in Kelseyville will present for your dining pleasure The Two Diamonds on Thursday evening from 5 to 8:00. I’ve never seen the TD’s but I’ve been told it’s two members of The LC Diamonds, a fun band in its own right. I’ve also been told the menu is excellent – so have a meal, check out The Two Diamonds and let me know what you find. Reservations are highly suggested.
It’s Fargo Friday at where The Fargo Bros will be ROCKIN’ THE PARK, (Richmond Park) in the lower Riviera. The Bros have just brought out their new line of T-Shirts, Mike has just released his new CD, And when it’s Fargomania at The Park, it’s always Pandemonium, (in a fun music sort of way…). You can still arrive by boat.
The Greenview Restaurant in Hidden Valley Lake will feature the acoustic music of Carlos Garay on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5 to 8:00. Pretty darn good menu at The Greenview, along with a full bar and the strumming magic of Carlos. Hey! – What’s stoppin’ ya?!
The Blue Wing Saloon in Upper Lake will feature the music of Majide on Friday evening from 5 to 8:00. On Saturday evening From The Heart will be playing for your dining pleasure from 5 to 8:00. For Sunday Brunch expect Steve Winkle to be offering up the tunes from 11 to 2:30. Sunday Supper will feature The Majide Trio with special guest Tichava from 5 to 8:00. Monday Blues will feature the 12 bar fun from The Hip Replacements from 5 to 8:00.
For any and all of these music events reservations are strongly encouraged. The Farmer’s Finest Farmers Market will feature the best locally grown fruit and vegetables on Saturday morning from 10AM to 1:00, along with the music of Clearlake Rotary. This all takes place at the Floriculture Bldg in the Lake County Fairgrounds in Lakeport. Time to stock up, Folks.
This weekend will offer probably the last blast from the sun for the rest of the year, so don’t put away the tanning butter just yet… But maybe grabbing an extra blanket for the bed could be in order. Just sayin…If you plan on getting out to see some live music this weekend, please remember, masks and social distancing is required in all of these establishments. So, have fun and be safe…
